Backup system not fully automated #2

The backup system involves creating a dump using gitea itself and sticking that dump in a safe place.
Ultimately this data could contain personal data which means the requirements include both prevention of unauthorized access and prevention of removal or deletion, accidental or otherwise.

Once this system is properly engaged a routine "restore everything from backup" should be scheduled, at least every 6 months or so (using a planned maintenance window).

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
